Shipping and delivery
Your order is usually processed within 48 (forty-eight) working hours of receiving your payment.
Should any unforeseen event prevent us from respecting our order processing times, our Customer Service will contact you via e-mail message at the address you used when creating your personal profile.
The goods included in your order are shipped to the address you entered when confirming the order.
We usually deliver to your destination within 3 (three) days or maximum 5 (five) working days from the date of shipment from our warehouses.
However, sometimes delivery times may vary for reasons beyond our control: therefore, we reserve up to 10 (ten) working days for the delivery of your order to the destination you have indicated.
The express couriers to which we entrust our shipments are: BARTOLINI, DHL, GLS, POSTE ITALIANE, SDA, TNT and UPS.
Whichever type of shipment you choose, we guarantee you a link to check the path of your package online.
Transport costs include packing and postage.
Packing costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend grouping your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.
Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
The boxes are a reasonable size and your items will be well protected. Moreover, we seal your package with personalised Corsini Store adhesive tape.
In the event that the package we have sent you is partially open or tampered with (seals not intact) we invite you to accept it "with reserve" (as is your right) or to refuse it. In this case it would be advisable to contact us as soon as possible so that we can report the incident to the courier.
If the order is not delivered by the courier because the address or telephone number is incorrect or the recipient is absent, the package may be placed in "storage" in the courier's warehouses or be sent out for delivery again a few days later.
You can contact the courier and organize a new delivery, or you can agree with the courier to collect the product from their warehouse. You will receive the information necessary to communicate with the courier from our communications to your e-mail box.
In the worst-case scenario, when the courier is unable to deliver the package because the address or telephone number is incorrect or the recipient is absent, the package may be immediately sent back to our warehouses. What will certainly happen when the courier has tried a couple of times to deliver the package to no avail, is that the shipment will return to our warehouses.
The transport costs for returning the package to our warehouses are charged to the customer who placed the order, subtracting them from the refund for undelivered goods.
In these cases, our shipments will only include the paperwork, and customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.
These costs are not included in the item prices and will not be displayed on the site.
Any customs duties and taxes will vary according to the country of destination and will be calculated and applied at the time of delivery by the customs authorities.
