Returns and refunds

If the product does not reflect your needs, you may request a return within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the order.

The request for return must be formalized through your private area of CorsiniStore.com and accepted by our Customer Service.

Consult the e-mail box you used when registering your personal profile on CorsiniStore.com because this is where we will send our communications regarding the return.

Who to return the product to

without undue delay and, in any case, within the term of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which you communicated your decision to return it.

How and when to return the product

You can ship the product to our warehouses independently, subject to receipt of our authorization.

We usually issue the return merchandise authorization (RMA number) within 48 (forty-eight) hours of your request for return.

After receiving the acceptance of your request for return and the return authorization number (RMA number) from our Customer Services, you can send the product by express courier or other carrier of your preference.

In Italy, as in Europe and in the rest of the world, the transport costs for returning the product are always charged to the customer.

Do not delay the shipment of the product to our warehouses because the deadline is 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.

Remember to pack the product carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

Otherwise, your shipment cannot be accepted in our warehouses and our Customer Service will not be able to refund you.

Condition of the product you wish to return

The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety, it cannot be carried out in relation to parts and/or accessories of the product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, and sealed.

Furthermore, the product must be kept with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, free from signs of wear and tear or dirt, it must not have been used, washed or damaged.

Finally, please remember not to lose the tag that accompanies the product, the one which contains the manufacturer's barcode, the technical name of the product, the colour code, etc. Otherwise, the request for return cannot be accepted by our Customer Service.

How to enter a request for return

You can enter your request for return from your personal area of CorsiniStore.com by following the steps below:

  1. Access your private area of CorsiniStore.com using your personal credentials.
  2. Go to the Order History and Order Details section where you can find all your purchase orders.
  3. Locate the order which contains the product you wish to return and click on Order Details.
  4. Tick the boxes that correspond to the items you intend to return.
  5. From the drop-down box of the Return goods section below, select the item which is closest to the reason for the return.
  6. Click on send return to send the request for return.
  7. Wait for our confirmation email to make sure your request for return has successfully been cleared.

If cleared, our email message will contain the RMA number that we have assigned to your request for return. When you receive our email message containing the RMA Number you are authorised to ship the product to our warehouses. Remember to scrupulously follow the instructions regarding the conservation and packaging of the product, as described in the previous paragraphs.

As soon as we receive your shipment in our warehouses, we will start the appropriate product suitability checks.

We will verify that the product has been returned intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, and sealed, that it has the manufacturer's tags, that it has no signs of wear and tear or dirt, and that it has not been used, washed or damaged.

We will usually send a return update to your email address within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving your shipment.

If cleared, our Customer Service will send our Customer Administration office the confirmation of the issue of the refund in your favour.

When you receive your refund

You can choose whether to receive a purchase voucher for the value of the refund which can be spent within 1 (one) year on CorsiniStore.com or you can indicate the bank details in which to receive our refund in your favour.

We will usually issue your refund within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouses.

Exclusion to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded (art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) in the case of sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to health protection, which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly and which have been opened after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to medical devices and foods sold online.

Furthermore, customers who purchase with a VAT number, such as resellers and companies, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
